The Spooked Chicken is dedicated in finding the faces to the voices they capture during their investigations. This past summer for the Spooked Chicken has been one heck of a ride.
*The Spooked Chicken wanted to take an article to thank the fans for their support and to sum up everything that has happened this summer. The Spooked Chicken would also like to let their fan base know just where they are headed and to let their fans know of some of the investigations that are coming up and to hear from some of the team about some of the finds.*
"This summer has been incredible!" Team leader Boyd Levitt had to say. "When my wife Courtney and I launched our paranormal team, we never expected it to grow this fast and to get this support from our local community!"
The Spooked Chicken was launched June 1st of 2019 and within the first week the team already had people asking for investigations.
"It was difficult to manage so many different people asking for help, simply because we just want to help people. So we had to really ask ourselves how we wanted to get involved because we wanted to make sure that our time and effort where being put into an actual haunting. The majority of the time we find most of the houses we go to as 'haunted' are indeed not haunted. It is our duty as paranormal investigators to not 'believe' the folklore of a business, house or abandoned building. It is our duty to stay unbiased so that way we can view everything as science first." Lead researcher Courtney Levitt had to say about keeping integrity while in such a unbelievable field. She then added "However, once science cannot be at the forefront, and we cannot recreate it or we can not prove what we all just saw as science. That is why we call it paranormal."
The investigations
When asked what investigation has had the team most spooked team leader Boyd Levitt sat and thought about it a moment and said "In my personal opinion I would have to say The home that we have done in Millington. We have caught everything from unexplained EVP's while absolutely no one is in the house, we also caught a black shadow in the hall way on the stairs. So that house would of been the most spooky to me..."
Here are some of the photos and EVP's
The team was in the attic when they heard a women respond "What Ship will come"
The team captures a black shadow on the stairs. (Before picture below).
Lead researcher Courtney Levitt had this to say about her most spooky investigation of the summer. "I would have to say I still want to be a skeptic..." She says while laughing "However, there is a lot I can not explain. I would have to say the one investigation that spooked me out the most would of been the day investigation we did at the abandoned house/cemetery. The reason for that is because we caught on camera a shadow ducking in and out behind a corner. Then we captured a women looking out the window at us. I can't explain that. It was just our team there, and we were all outside."
She then continues "The cemetery still creeps out my husband (Boyd Levitt) because he was the one who took all the photos. He still talks about capturing the fairy and windigo, he is very science oriented as well but mythical creatures.. yeah he has never been one to believe in that but now he is forced to accept it because we were there. There was nothing in front of the camera. No bug, no bat, no nothing he would of been able to see that. Also, the fairy seems to be self illuminating. Plus just the picture before the fairy appeared you get a perfect bubble. We all are still shaking our head's in disbelief."
"Yeah I still can't believe that finding." Team leader Boyd Levitt said about capturing a possible mythical creature. "All myths come from some truth but to capture Tinker Bell... yeah that one is going to take some time to process."
Team leader Boyd Levitt then continues "The best photo, despite capturing a windigo and fairy, would be the photo of the ghost girl leaning on a grave stone. That is hauntingly beautiful. Beautiful because she either still waiting for a loved one (mom and dad) maybe, or its extremely sad because she was scared to move on without help from her mom and dad. Either way, I can't explain that photo but I can wrap my brain around that."

Future Investigations
"We here at The Spooked Chicken have been very happy with the amount of support we have received by our community and how well we have been accepted to the paranormal community spread over social media. We cannot thank our fans and our peers enough for allowing us the ability to share our investigation's and our findings from those investigations with you. Everyone has been respectful and kind. This has always been a dream of mine since I saw my first spirit as a young boy. So to be accepted like this and to have a following already. I cannot be more proud." Team leader Boyd Levitt had to say in response to how many hecklers have you had to deal with.
